Training
We believe that a well-trained and skilled workforce underpins the quality of our service delivery. We are committed to the development and achievement of vocational qualifications and all of our training is linked to occupational standards in care.
We are very proud of our skills enhancement programme which includes in-house training in Health & Safety, Fire, Back Care (Manual Handling), Food Hygiene, HACCP, First Aid and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults. More specialised training is also provided in Learning Difficulties, Understanding Dementia and Responding to People with Complex Needs.
